You’re Invited!
Who Ages 12 and up…youth, parents, and interested adults

What Mission Retreat – to learn about Holy Trinity missions,
develop friendships through shared skill building activities
(think - fast paced fun), and then putting these real world
skills to use in service to missions here & abroad.

Where At Holy Trinity Nov 1.

When Kick Off: After Mass Nov. 1 from 12:15 - 5pm, lunch
and snacks provided. (on-site at Holy Trinity)

We will be Re-Teaming ? and following COVID-safety protocols, we will be packing boxes with items ready to ship for the “Boxes of Joy” mission/ministry abroad. Lunch and snacks will be provided/YUM. While completing the mission work, we will also learn some basics about “project management” skills, valuable for everyday life as well as doing mission/ministry work.

Challenges will be presented on our journey together through Part 1 and Part 2 of our Mission Retreat
and to make it more fun, points will be awarded to those individuals and teams successfully meeting challenges.

Points may be used to bid on prizes during a silent auction to be held during Part 2/November 1.

Please join us as you are (cap)able – and let’s have some fun together!

IMPORTANT: We need a count for our carefully/safely provided FOOD & BEVERAGES (we’ve got this! ? ) - so please RSVP to the church office by Monday, October 19.

Please mark your calendar – spread the word - and RSVP to the church office for you and your family to join us for both Part 1 and Part 2 of our Youth Group “Mission Retreat – Here and Abroad” program.

Both parts of the program are custom-designed for “Fun with a Purpose” at Holy Trinity – and during each session we will be Teaming up to “learn some stuff, have some fun, and serve together!”

Part 1 will be a ZOOM meeting on Sunday evening, October 25 between 7:00 and 8:30pm (6:45 Zoom room will open early, so you may test your connection).

During the Zoom meeting attended in the comfort of your own home via computer 😊, we will become more AWARE of some Ministries/Missions service happening here and abroad, MEET & CONNECT with others in our community of Faith, and learn about (as well as have some fun practicing!) some TEAM and LEADER/leadership SKILLS.

The goal of part one is to TEAM UP and GET READY! for Part 2 of the retreat being held onsite in November.

Learning some life-mission skills and having some “ crafty fun “ 😉 together is on the agenda.

Part 2 will be onsite @ Holy Trinity, following Mass on Sunday, November 1, 2020 between 12:15 and 5pm.

We will be Re-Teaming 😊 and following COVID-safety protocols, we will be packing boxes with items ready to ship for the “Boxes of Joy” mission/ministry abroad.
